2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Service Provider, Customerprovides the following services:
- Detection and analysis of blackmail situations
- Advisory services on blackmail cases
- Guidance for taking necessary measures in cases of blackmail
- Technical and strategic solutions
- Other cybersecurity services and products
Services will be provided via phone and WhatsApp.
4. COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
This is the contract, Customer's approval of the service purchase by writing a message on WhatsApp and continues until the completion of the services.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
Service Providerin exchange for the services and products provided by Customeraccepts the following payment terms:
- Ödeme şekli: Havale, EFT veya %15 kredi kartı komisyonu eklenmek üzere kredi kartı ile.

6. REALIZATION OF THE SERVICE

7. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSURANCES
Service Providercannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may arise during the performance of the service. Service Provider, Customeris not responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided by the Company. Service Providercannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, interruption of service. Service Providercannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to technical failures and customer-related problems encountered in the performance of the service.
8. PROOF OF SERVICE
Conversations and correspondence initiated via WhatsApp are essential. Service Provider's verbal statement is considered valid without the need for evidence. Recording and storage of these interviews Service Provider's responsibility and these records can be presented as evidence when necessary. Customeraccepts the purchase of the service by writing a message via WhatsApp. In order to avoid claims of non-performance, regular progress reports and information on the status of the service will be provided during the service provision process.
9. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
This is the contract, Service Provider may unilaterally terminate the agreement. In case of termination, Customerwill be notified of termination. Customeris considered to have received the service from the first moment it approves the purchase of the service and a quota is allocated for this process. In case of termination Service Provider's payment terms and conditions will apply. Service Providerin case he terminates the contract, Customeris under no obligation to repay the amounts paid by the Company.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in Denizli Courts and Execution Offices. The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes primarily through mediation.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Service Provider, Customerundertakes to keep the information belonging to the Company confidential. Service Provider, Customerdoes not share, sell or rent its information to third parties. Service Provider, Customertakes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the data of the Company.

13. MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT
